When I'm not at uni and back at home, I'm incredibly fortunate to live right next to the sea. When, for once, it wasn't bitterly cold and blowing a freezing gale, I went on a walk along the seafront with my dad and even persuaded him to take some photos for me. Excuse the minimal make up and crazy hair- its a hazard of living by the sea. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone with a high maintenance hair do....

I snapped up with cold shoulder top in the the Urban Outfitters sale section. It's a baggy fit but very comfortable. And I have to mention the hoodie I'm wearing underneath my jacket because it has literally saved me this winter. It's fur lined and so warm, I basically live in it. Easily the best money I've ever spent in H&M!

I'm heading back to uni quite soon actually, or rather, to drop my holiday things off before I shoot up to see the boyfriend for his birthday. The holidays haven't been half as productive as I would have liked but what sort of student would I be if I did it all on the first day, right? I'm also desperate for my student loan to come in but I'm a bit meh with everything in the shops at the moment. And don't even get me started on the presence of crop tops everywhere. They were not designed with the bigger bust in mind... There might be a hint of jealousy there...

So yeah, just a little update on what's been going on my end. My mum's currently cooking a Moroccan Lamb Casserole and it smells a-fricking- mazing so I can't wait to devour that in a few hours. Om nom nom..

Yet another of my new Urban Outfitters T Shirts. I popped in to town to pick up a few things. Ended up buying another Topshop jumper. I've got a massive thing for baggy knitwear at the moment. It's just so comfy.

Going to hit the gym later and carry on figuring out Twitter. I feel so behind times aha probably should have got it sooner to be honest. Can't believe lectures start again tomorrow- it's going to be so weird but I'm looking forward to getting back into a routine.

Urban Outfitters Graphic Tee's

A few days ago, a UNIdays e-mail popped into my inbox highlighting the fact that they were doing an exclusive 20% off for students at Urban Outfitters. Now I love all the graphic tee's that UO do but I cannot justify paying around £30 for one T-shirt so I jumped at the chance to pick some up at a discounted price. Plus my student loan was about to come in and the rest of my summer pay, so, yknow, it had to be done....

Now, I have to mention UO's customer service. I stupidly put the wrong second part of the postcode so hurriedly e-mailed and phoned them hoping they could catch it in time. Unfortunately, they can't which I totally understand but all their replies and conversations via phone were always really polite and e-mails very quick. The courier that UO use is Hermes,a company I've never had issues with before ( they're also the same courier Topshop and ASOS use) and even though the postcode was partially wrong, it still turned up 4 days later, albeit stuffed through the letterbox at 6pm. Nevertheless, I'm so excited to wear these.

Outfit Of The Day- The Classic White Blouse

Today was the first day in a while that I had gotten out of pyjamas... I had been given a week off work and promptly got ill. I blame all the rain we've been having

I absolutely believe every girl should have a white shirt in their wardrobe. It's an essential and goes together fantastically with jeans for effort less chic. Throw on a blazer and you're good to go. I adore this shirt from Zara. I found out a while ago that it was actually 100% which would explain the hefty price tag so it just goes to show it's worth checking what fabric your paying for. Silk is a great light weight fabric but needs to be cared for so don't buy if you're all about low maintenance.

Outfit Of The Day feat. Peace Belt

Just a very quick OOTD for you. The jumper is a excellent little piece for when it's changeable weather- hot and sunny one minutre and then overcast the next. The jumper and belt are both recent buys.

I also included a quick snap of my hair. I had a trim and it's gone into super curly mood. Absolutely mad :)

I'm off back to uni at the weekend to move our stuff into the house for second year. It will be nice to see the boy and the rest of my university friends. The student bars are opening especially for that weekend, fingers crossed it's good weather! Probably jinxed it now...
Vuelvo a la universidad durante el fin de semana para mover cosas en nuestra casa de segundo ano. Será bueno para ver mi novio y mis amigo de la universidad. Los bares de estudiantes estarán abiertos especialmente para este fin de semana, espero que haga buen tiempo! Probablemente lo he traido mala suerte ahora que he dicho eso!

A collection of pictures from 2 days in Brighton which is one of my favourite places and only a 20 min drive away from me. It's also fantastic for shopping as you get a great mix of high street and unique vintage shops, including the well known Beyond Retro. I find vintage shopping very hit and miss but if you get a hit, it's a  good day!

Es fantástico para hacer las compras porque hay una mezcla de tiendas de calles principales y de tiendas únicas y 'vintage', incluyendo el bien conocido Beyond Retro. Hacer las compras 'vintage' me parece un poco al azar pero si tienes un buen dia, es un buen dia!

As for what I did buy, I'm pleased with all of them, especially with the leather gilet which I wore straight away. I may stud it. I'm not sure yet. Also got myself some vintage Levi's. You can't move for them in the vintage shops. However, out of interest, do any of you find the sizing a bit on the small side? My friend and myself did as did 2 other women trying them on. Or are sizes these days just way more lenient?
Para lo que compré, estoy contento con todo, especialmente el gilet de piel que llevaba imediatamente. Quizas, lo tachonaré pero no estoy segura. Tambien, compré shorts vintage de Levi. Están en todas las tiendas vintage! Sin embargo, de interés, alguno de ustedes encuentra el tamano un poco pequeno? Para yo y mi amiga, sí así como 2 otras mujeres que los probaron. O los tamanos hoy en día son un poco más indulgentes...

I'm really pleased I snagged the peace belt from UO. I had been looking for it everywhere but always seemed to miss it until yesterday! Frustratingly, it's about an inch too small to be worn on my waist and my hips but I will definately get some good use out of it!
Soy muy feliz que compré este cinturón de paz de UO. Lo he buscado por todos lugares pero nunca lo encontré hasta ayer! Lo frustrante es que es un poco demasiado pequeno para llevarlo en mi cintura Y mis caderas pero estoy segura que lo usaré mucho1
